The panels perform well, I am able to keep my bluett batteries charged. They seem to charge even in low sun light. The price was what first attracted me, much lower than most I found. These are new panels not refurbished. They look good in my yard.

Frames looks to be stout. .nice price 100 watt panel 4@ $191...Trump's china tariff, these surely go up 10% by spring, jumped on a set...4

The box was slightly damaged by one of the corners and it never even came close to a panel. They use a semi rigid open cell foam that is great and covered every side of the panel. This material offers cushion support as well as rigidity. I tested them in my living room bay window on a cloudy day and both put out 21.7 volts. I'm getting a second pair for sure.
