      Z Optima is an effective, low priced nutritional supplement for adults seeking to establish a fitness program. For older adults like myself, I have found that it should be used along with other nutritional supplements, especially vitamins C. E, D3, B12, and Fish Oil with Omega-3. In combination with these supplements, it allows exercise without sore muscles or joint pain, even in older adults.

      Amazing!

      I find this so much better than melatonin. I can go to sleep late and take one and wake up bright and early as if I had a whole nights rest. It's pretty good stuff.
