      I can't recommend it until I'm satisfied until the blade deployment won't malfunction.

      Large intimidating knife to be sure. Clip is too stiff to be useful and the liner lock sticks occasionally. Both complaints are insignificant enough to make me satisfied for the purchase although I really wish the clip was better. Knife is 'Cold Steel' sharp and that's good. Cut myself with it already. This knife is clearly meant to be a self-defense tool but I hope I never have to use it for that purpose. Other than that I'm not sure how much use I will get from this blade but it's fun to have if you're like me. I love big knives. I brought its little brother not that long ago and had to return it because the blade would not deploy after some use (not much). What a disappointment that was. I exchanged it for another one but it did exactly the same thing. It went back too. I took a chance ...
