    Extremely poor communication - I bought the item then got a notification is was out of stock so asked for a refund - countless messages no response then almost 2 weeks later get a message from ebay stating seller refused to refund because by that time they got their act together and actually shipped the item but I had already bought a replacement - wasn't a big deal because I use this item all the time.
