My first battery was a bit glitchy at first (hesitated and overheated), seller sent a replacement, now both are working fine, maybe it was still breaking in. On a full charge I can make more than 10x 12"+ cuts through oak, and several cuts through a 3 foot diameter stump.

After I place the order, I'm contacted by the seller to let me know they are shipping and what to expect when I receive the batteries. They went over some does and don'ts so I have a good experience and get the best out of the batteries for long term. My package arrived quickly and as instructed, I fully charged the batteries before using them. I then used the batteries they worked great and they seem to be holding charge when not in use as well. A+ Seller!
