Also, if the zippers on the arms aren't zipped completely, you'll feel every bit of cold air blowing in. However, the zippers on the main body can be completely open and won't really affect wind resistance / thermal retention. Lastly, the two pockets on the inside of the jacket are petty useless, as there's an opening at the bottom of them (medial sides).

Their customer service is horrible. They refused to send me a return shipping label. I had to pay to return, which they promised to refund the return shipping cost. I paid $27 to ship and they only sent me $11. They have been arguing back and forth with me for days.
