It was fairly easy to assemble—the nuts and bolts come on a numbered blister pack backing with a manual with clear assembly pictures, just like the inversion bench I bought a week previously. The bench is very versatile. I can do a number of different exercises with minor changes to the setup of the bench. It will accommodate the oldstyle or newer style weight discs on the leg curl. Very happy with this purchase. Thanks to seller!

Be aware that you will be constructing the entire bench a piece at a time. Good part is absolutely every bolt, washer and nut, plus a necessary tools are included. While this bench is rated at 300lbs. I would advise loads no more than 225lbs. It's not stable enough for 300lbs. It is very well designed and made to exact specs, your uprights are only 24" apart. For a beginner it is perfect for most needs. For the price, 5 stars.
