When I opened it, there was dirt on it, the zipper was broke and one corner was smashed. That meant I had to repack it, print a UPS label and take it to a UPS facility. This item was about 60” tall and heavy. The seller did refund my purchase and paid for return shipping. What the seller did not do was offer me some concession for my time handling a damaged shipment.
