    Graphics card was described as low profile, but came with the full size bracket. The description did not mention this. When contacted, the seller was argumentative, unhelpful, and did not even attempt a resolution.

    AMD, low profile" refers to a component, typically a graphics card, that has a smaller physical height compared to a standard card. The bracket has nothing to do with low profile the GPU is low profile. I sold you what AMD refers to as a low profile. I sold you what was described. This buyer does not know how to read a description and does not know how to ask qustions and demands I pay him $10 to buy a bracket that was not on the lisitng. This buyer has been reported to ebay as a cheat.
