My suitcase was damaged through the box to a point where they actually dented in the plastic zippers protective edge screwing up the teeth on the zipper the suitcase and they actually gouged the plastic. It is now a bitch to open in that area not to mention you could tell the box had been thrown around because the cardboard was scrunched up in certain places.
