When I contacted the seller they told me they understand the issue but the shipping cost of returning this item would fall on me and the cost is going to be very expensive. It was their error so how is it reasonable for them to charge me the return shipping cost to receive what I ordered? Also, the item took 3 weeks to get and now I have something I did not order and all they offered is $2 back for the inconvenience.
