    This is the only seller I know who sends delicate diecast in an ENVELOPE. The diecast model arrived with the box smashed. The seller could have put extra carboard to protect the window box, but instead they blame USPS on the damage that the seller could have mitigated. Then the seller says that is what I chose for shipping, but they did not give any other options in the first place. Bad customer service and worst experience.
