    Never buy from them because they don't commit to the time frame

    When I purchase this it said it should arrive between Wednesday thru Friday. It didn't show up till following Tuesday. I called for explanation on this and the representative said we have 7-10 business to ship it . I explain when I purchase this said should be here within this time frame. The person hang up on me.

    Major dissapointment. Do not waste your money.

    This unit does not continue to operate. It has to be re-started every few minutes. Also does not throw the snow more then ten feet. The batteries are good for about 11 min.
