One issue I don't think the seller could have done anything about is that the Kindle smelled as if it had been sprayed with perfume and also smelled of cigarette smoke - part of the gamble of purchasing used/refurbished. Wiped it down with alcohol and smell seems to have dissipated.Reply from: 3n-group- Feedback replied by seller 3n-group.- Feedback replied by seller 3n-group.This was not perfume spray nor cigarette smoke as claimed by the buyer. We established this was a pungent natural rubber smell as a result of the new rubber bands we were using to tie the charging cables. These rubber bands have now been treated.

There's a line on the screen at the bottom, it's not as noticeable until you change to dark mode. Otherwise the idem is good! Everything seems to work! I do see a lag (but it is a older version, so almost not a big deal). Seller was also very understanding and was very communicative.
