    I purchased this item from the seller and the item was not in good condition when received. I contacted the seller and I was going to return it for a full refund but seller responded, and was willing to work with me so I didn't have to return it. Item was still operational but was a little bit bent on the left side caster. Wheels still turn ok though. Seller offered me $25 refund from the original price I paid (over 25%).. Good eBayer seller and will buy again, definitely recommended.

    This is the second time I purchased from them. The first time they replaced the item, the second time they didn't. Plus the delivery was not real timely. It was dented on one corner and the air valve is bent sideways and don't think I can fix it. It works at least. I strongly recommend that they double pack the items in a secondary box to avoid returns. If two items I bought both got damaged something is wrong. In a scale of 1-10 I give it a 5.
