    Not a C6 custom fit.

    The #6367 is NOT a custom fit for a C6 Corvette. It is too long but can be compressed to fit in the hose outlet housing. I only used it because of an immediate need to use my 2007 Corvette. It does work but I am not comfortable with the lack of fit and will be replacing it. This is a C5 thermostat, not C6 as advertised.

    An LS1 custom install

    After doing some minor deburring to the Mr. Gasket Thermostat housing things fit fine. Motor is still on the stand so a leak test is still to be preformed...

    Swap the gaskets

    The thermostat works great, but didn’t fit in the water neck. I had to use the gasket from the factory thermostat to install it.
