    Nice to have it you phone goes everywhere.

    This the third of these cases I have gotten over the years. The second case was a warrenty replacment. While not being the absolute best protection from drops on hard surfaces as others (my phone suffered a broken screen connection from a four foot drop on edge on concrete) it does well, especially if you go where your phone getting rained on or dropped in liquids is possible. But it is reasonably small, you can put in many pants phone pockets or get a belt pouch that it will fit into that is much more secure than belt clips other cases use. The charging port door is the weakest point as it tends to break over time but many people upgrade to newer phones before that will happen.

    I would love this item but I can't get any of my 4 (FOUR) Micro USB chargers to plug into the micro USB charging port! So this case just sits in the box it came in! I guess it wont get "damaged" in the box it came in? I'd kind of figure that someone at the company, or seller, might have tried to plug in a Samsung Micro USB into the charging port of a Samsung S3 if they were going to sell a case for a Samsung S3? Well I really wanted this to work, I tried to carve out the plastic hole where the Samsung S3 USB cable plugs into, but I never got BIG enough and NOW the water proof cap to the charging port is no longer water-proofing the HOLE. I bought 2 of these case BEFORE I tried plugging in a charging cable. My friend's case works for his S4 but he found a Micro Charging cable at a ...

    Great case for another phone perhaps, but not the Galaxy S4 in my opinion.

    The case is very easy to install onto the phone. However it is a pain to get back off. It feels like it is going to break in two. I much prefer the Otter Box. The sensor that switches the screen off when the phone is up to your face is slightly interfered with to the point that it does not know your face has left the phone and would like to end the call. This requires you to use the power button to turn the screen back on. This is how I found out how hard the case then was to remove. I was able to modify an older case for this function to work, but this one has a waterproof seal that cannot be modified. Therefore I will not be using this case very much. I also have an issue with the fact that there is no way to install a protective glass over the screen in the event of a dropped phone ...

    great protection but low functionality

    Encloses the phone very well, so well that it's difficult for the other person you are having a phone call with to listen to your voice. not sure if the opening is too small or not where it should be but I get several complaints from my callers that they cannot hear me. I have to either shout or raise my voice and hold the phone really close to my mouth. The port for charging your phone is very tight and makes it difficult for regular chargers to fit in the slot. I've had to buy different chargers to fit. Aside from that, protection is great and not bulky like other cases.

    Can't insert the power cord

    It is easy to install. However, my power cord has trouble to plug into the S4 through a slot on the case. To avoid the process of returning, I used a knife carefully to widen the opening on the case, so the power cord can insert in. It is a great hassle.
