After two weeks shipper charged me $3.50 to print shipping label. A $9.00 item that doesn’t work was finally accepted by shipper . Finally got refund and lost $3.50 for label for being a good customer of EBay. Ebay should have refunded my money with their guarantee and I would be even not out $3.50 for label. Seller should have known first two shippers denied it.
