Customer service is ok theirs a language barrier translator. they sent me a refund. the part itself was quality and that’s why I’m putting a positive review. The part itself was incorrect for my GLK350 2011 x204. But the quality of the part was good compared to OEM. Shipping is also good as well from china it was fast.
