    As usual, Zoro had a competitive price and they shipped fast. Unfortunately, the part I received, while the correct part # listed in the description, did not match the part in the picture. I did some research and found out that this was not really Zoro's fault. EVERY listing on Ebay and elsewhere uses the same stock photo. Evidently, it is the stock photo used by Parker as well. Zoro issued a prompt refund. Which is why they're a great seller that gets positive feedback and 5 starts!

    CO5120BN Carbon Monoxide Alarm AC Powered with Battery Backup

    This regards a model CO5120BN purchased from the item 282655145704 listed as refurbished. The attached pictures are 300 DPI scanner images. The darker tan coloring of the plastic is a function of distance from the scanner surface and not that of aging or dust. Both English and Spanish language user's manuals sent with the alarm are for a SC9120B alarm different from this one and so not particularly useful. The correct user's manual for the CO5120BN model was obtained online as a PDF from brkelectronics. The cable correctly fits into the alarm socket. A very dead (reads zero volts) 9V battery came installed in the alarm, likely the original one based on the dates printed on it (manufactured 2013/04 and expires DEC 2018). A 9 V new Energizer L522BP lithium battery (manufactured 07/17 and ...

    Unit was 1/2 way thru it’s life expectancy before I received it

    My review is about the individual unit I received not the product in general. The date in the u it was 5 years old and they are only good for 10 years. It was so old the battery was past it’s expiration date and the alarm was chirping low battery when I installed it, prior to realizing how old the unit was. The distributor did take it back it most people would not have checked the date.

    Must Have

    The unit I purchased was to replace an older unit. I have only 1 con. The unit only lasts about 10 years. I'm not sure if that is normal, but the cost per year for the safety factor is well worth the cost.
