Seller informed me after purchase they were on vacation. I let seller know I needed these for a special needs child and was told the items would ship on Saturday. Seller printed a shipping label on Saturday but didn't actually ship until Tuesday which is dishonest. I didn't receive the items until today, nine days past purchase. We printed the label on Saturday and dropped item off at the post office outside collection box since Monday was a holiday it did not go out until Tuesday (sorry I have no control of Federal holidays) and once the item is in the hands of the USPS I have no control of how quickly it will arrive.
