    it just came and the straw was cracked up in pieces !!!I want a full refund this thing came late and it was broken ill have to replace it with another straw can you sell these cups with cheap breakable straws that could hurt who ever drinks with it !!! give my my money back or ill report this incident to ebay!! and i been with them for years so they will listen to what i have to say !
