It is comfortable and come with cloth bags for easy weight security also a velco strip that covers over the the weigh pockets which is helpful when running. My phone fits perfect into one of the weight pockets which is also a win just recommend even out your wieght it makes a differance. Invest in your health people.. Overall great product.
