Second try I was sent an AC Charger for some PlayStation handheld console I have never heard of in place of a scanner. I let seller know and he canceled the purchase after trying to get it right for 5 or 6 weeks. I would have given him one more try but he elected to cancel without telling me he was doing it. I don't doubt he has quality stuff. The question is if you'll ever get it.

Frankly I'm amazed it got here in one piece. Having the top of the product sticking out of the box and wrapping it in foam is not the way. Please do better for your buyers!

It arrived very quickly once shipped, was expertly packed and was in pristine condition upon arrival. Price was great, box and unit appear unused as advertised. My only criticism is the time it took for my item to ship. Took about 20 days for me. But once it landed in the US it was delivered in only 3 days! Communication with the seller was also very quick and the seller was also very polite. I would for sure recommend this seller and if I ever need anything else in the future I would consider buying from them again. :)

After teething troubles getting the unit working well..it has since been working fine (making allowance for it's age) and I'm happy with it.
