    Bought a louis-vuitton wallet. Paid for it right away. Seller contacted me 3 days after purchase and payment and said they had sold it and tried to ship me a different item I was not interested in. I feel this is a predatory seller. Go elsewhere to buy.

    Its true, the wallet was sold at our physical store and we did try to get the same but was not able to do so, we offered a darker color one of the same model, when the buyer denied to exchange, payment was refunded immediately. That would be the best timely resolution there is when there is a problem, meaning as a seller we are prompt and honest even though sometimes things may run out of control, we fixed it right away.
