Contacted seller , she responded very quickly , saying if it did not get delivered , she'd reimburse my money . Only 3 days later SHE had refunded my full amount including shipping . I was VERY IMPRESSED . 10 days later, the the flag pole rings arrived. Will contact her today to pay again
