Picture gives impression that box is intact, however the lid of the box was missing. Seller used tissue paper and foam packing to safeguard the integrity of the shoes. My one disappointment was that I clicked on an eBay link for getting $10 off the item which would ave covered the shipping for me. This did not happen. I had to pay full price plus the shipping. Difficult to know it this oversight was from eBay or from the seller.Follow-up from: g***2- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Seller was immediately responsive to the feedback above and refunded the $10 without questions. Additionally, in re-reading the posting for the product, I noted that at the end of the posting there is a statement that "the box has no lid". The dealer was exceptionally responsive to any questions or concerns I had.
