    I wanted a top to wear with a loose breezy beach coverup for the 4th of July. This is an adequate top, it is made in the USA and the quality is not what I am used to. Broke my heart to see the poor stitching and loose threads. New with tags, so is as described. I consider it to be OK quality/ value with a jacket piece over it only. The packaging and shipping were fine. Seller didn't make the top so quality deficits are not their fault. Let's do better, USA! We must ramp up manufacturing. Thanks
