    Seller advertised a new part. We received a bent and obviously rebuilt part. Their first offer at resolution was to claim it was inspected, (it's obviously not new), followed by an offer of a 30 prevent refund, (for a used part we didn't order), and now is attempting to get us to pay to return the part to India. Obviously, this is getting escalated to eBay customer service, and then our bank, and then the attorney if need be. completely scammy purchase. 0 stars.

    After speaking with the people at eBay customer service, a refund for the purchase went back to the bank quickly, no problem. And it was easy to reach a live representative. Hindsight, it may have been an honest seller, scrambling against supply issues.
