The seller immediately agreed to send a replacement and I'm very pleased with the seller's response; hope to do business again AAA+++. These are very reasonably-priced, lightweight "readers" and I believe they represent a good value for what they are. They're small enough to carry anywhere; I carry mine on my car key ring so I have them in my pocket anytime I need them.
