Box was marked as fragile, but, of course, breakable items need bubble wrap which wasn't used to protect the cups. The remaining cups were fine. I did not contact the seller as I just didn't want to make a big deal about it. Hopefully, this comment will help the seller to know to use more protective wrapping for breakable items. Thank you.
