Took 11 days before they posted the item and even after communicating that I needed it sent asap because we would not be at that address, they kept saying be patient. The ETA of the item was changed from 7th May to the 15th May. He then blamed the tariffs for it not getting there on time. Took him 11 days from payment to sendWe returned to Australia and the item was delivered three days later- not sure how they can deliver it to an empty address!! Avoid at all costs.

Their jellycat prices and availability are truly too good to be true.
