    The item was delivered quickly however it is useless. It was shipped only in its original cardboard box. It was left uncovered on the porch where it remained all day during heavy rains. Since it is clumping litter i know have a 40lb block. I contacted the seller but no resolve was offered. Seller on stated they would reconsider the shipping they used. I'm out my money and time since I had to go buy more litter. Just consider you may not recieve your item in good shape if buying from seller.

    Dear. It's sad, I tried to resolve the issue but you didn't respond, the package was damaged by the delivery staff. My store was also damaged and tried to work with them. My store will be disadvantaged when receiving feedback from customers like that while I am trying to do my job well.

    Excellent price, safely and securely packaged,, fast delivery, comprehensive communication. Logs burn long and clean, very little clean up and so easy to light. I burn them alone but also add wood which easily prolongs my fire without my needing to maintain the fire.

    duraflame logs keep you warm easily to light, last up to 3 hrs plus if you do it right with the damper.

    Better Log

    Far superior to the larger 4 hour Duraflame logs. They light easily and burn for a solid 3 hours. By comparison, the 4 hour log, larger and more expensive takes newspaper or kindling to get it to burn. This one doesn't smell while the other larger one does.
