They should do better job of keeping sellers like this off eBay as it is a huge waste of my time.

I don't think it was the seller. I think it was the shipping company. It was worth the wait. Good communication with seller. Fast Track Express has a reputation for doing that very thing of leaving packages in Jamaica, NY accoding to some threads online. Maybe consider a different carrier. Good seller but bad shipping company.
