Extremely dishonest and unprofessional. Avoid if possible. My family have asthma and this package was a difficult surprise to deal with. The description for this item was technically accurate, but incomplete and failed to mention this significant issue. Thankfully, I was able to mostly fix it with baking soda over the past 24 hrs. Otherwise the condition is great. Packaging and shipping were good. After you reported to us this alleged issue of a "smoke smell" when we replied YOU MESSAGED US BACK saying that this alleged "smoke smell" had magically vanished and there was no longer an issue. We would have arranged a return and refund if asked instead you randomly appear over a week later to leave negative feedback.
