    Hi the item came in well packed . The contents were in tackt. However my printer did not accept the cartridges in spite of ink filled. As the return option was not there contacted eBay . Note the seller gave info for my questions before so she did her due diligence. eBay requested for seller to send back label and seller just refunded it. I am taking these cartridges to Best Buy for recycling. Thanks for to seller for upholding values and eBay for providing guarantee which made me confident .
