I have not hooked it up yet but have no reason to think it's not fully functional, it looks brand new in original packaging. My only 'gripe' with the transaction was the lack of tracking. I didn't realize how much I'd miss it until I didn't have it, lol. Gotta have tracking, it's peace of mind for the buyer and protects the seller too. What if somebody just said "It never came."?
