It came in a very small box--it's hard to believe that all the parts fit. It assembled easily. It runs very nicely, and picks up well. The power head is a little taller than my last stick vac, so it doesn't fit under some of my furniture. It works well. The dust collector is easy to take off for cleaning, but a little harder to put back on at first. It feels like a solid & sturdy unit.
