    For my mother

    I ordered this product for my mother who lives 6 hours away. I had it sent to her address. She had no idea what u was doing but she had told me about her small bed buddy wrap someone gave her that she loved it but she needed a bigger one. I didn't say anything I waited till it was almost her birthday and ordered it. She was so surprised and happy :) she has arthritis in her neck and shoulders and says this product is perfect for where she has pain. She is so happy with it and the price I paid was very cheap. Thank you :)

    Not at all for use as icepack

    I bought this product because I needed a reusable icepack for my neck and shoulders, and even though it is posted as both hot and cold pack, it is not suitable at all for ice pack, it does not get very cold, it gets warm very fast and the little styrofoam balls inside get clumped in all he wrong places , I recommend it as a hot reusable pack, not at all as a reusable ice pack!

    Fantastic heating pad

    The peculiar shape makes it easy to form so it wraps around a shoulder and arm, or drapes across the shoulders and upper back. The buckwheat(?) filling heats quickly in the microwave and releases moist heat for deep soothing comfort. Although I have not used it as an ice pack, the shape would offer the same benefit for easy application of heat or cooling relief.

    I'm used to something different.

    I would have given this a higher score, but it's very stiff, not soft, and doesn't conform as well as others I have. This is the first non Grampa's Garden shoulder wrap that I've ever purchased. I think I got used to their's being very soft. Carex is of good quality though. It's just not for me.

    Hot Cold Body Wrap Neck Heating Pad Ice Pack Shoulder Back Compress Pain Relief

    Much better than standard hot/cold packs. I would prefer something a little larger to go down the back another 3" and cover shoulders a little more, but much better than I had previously. Hold heat long enough to provide an adequate treatment.
