    The seller took extreme care packing the 15 glass plates I purchased. Ive never seen any item so well protected (and no styrofoam peanuts!). They survived the 5-day journey in tact. She answered questions I had and was very helpful. The plates are made of handblown glass, so their measurements vary slightly, and the seller was careful to point that out. I would absolutely buy from her again.

    I’m happy you like the check perforator! If you’re interested in the history behind this item, I got it from my grandfather’s estate and I believe he got it from my great grandfather Amos Dale Plumb of Emporia, Kansas. Interesting note, Amos’s father was the US Senator Preston B Plumb for Kansas. There is a recent biography written about his life called “The Forgotten Senator”.
