    Frustrated

    The safe came locked, with no keys. The batteries were old and I could not unlock the safe by using the pass code. Had to take to a lock smith to unlock. $20.00 latter I have a working safe with no pass key. Will need to call the company again to buy pass keys. Frustrated.
