    The mechanical pencil I purchased had a couple mismatched parts. I informed the seller of this who promptly accepted the return and credited my account when they receive it the pencil back. They did credit the shipping to me. I asked that they also credit me my return shipping cost of $18.85, but apparently they chose not to.
