One battery wouldn't take a charge and I requested a refund. They asked for a picture of the battery on the charger to prove the charging lights would not go on. After I sent them the photo they refunded my account for the one battery on the same day. A video would have been better proof but the limit that eBay has on photo file size prevents that.
