    the item came in rather late and that's not on the seller's side. The product was going between 2 facilities back and forth for some odd reason that it took them a week longer to finally deliver me the gaming controller. anyways, i eventually got it, the controller was plugged into the xbox x series and despite a message saying it's not fully supported, it worked regardless. it has a good response, great feel and look, i'm quite pleased with despite ups re routing it back and forth.
