      This item is not what I expected. I had previously bought one at Amazon and it was great so I figured I'd try this one. It's EXTREMELY small. Half the size of my other one. You have to be 10yrs old to use this comfortably. The heat is also a joke being, just a single white LED that comes on when you turn it on. Also, no where near enough power to be a useful shiatsu. I figured I'd try for $15 but I was clearly the loser here.

      Itโ€™s new, worth the price, for me the handles could be longer, the massager heads works wonderful, itโ€™s a different massager so the appearance is different but itโ€™s good.
