Piece that fell off not in box, box has no holes. leading me to suspect item was damaged prior to shipping. Buyer compensated by providing replacement knob. But the item is no longer the good value that it was prior to damage.

However, since the item was to be signed for, Fed Ex showed up twice with the package and didn't read the note on the gates nor did they call as the note stated and drove off without leaving the package
