    These really work

    I was a bit skeptical about taking these because of the whole acne thing I seen on youtube but I didnt get any acne suprisingly. ( I wont just say the next person 100% WONT breakout) it seems to be working for me cause everytime I take it my scalp starts tingling. The only bad thing I have to say is the taste is dreadful it tastes like crap.

    I've found that when using this product my nails grow like weeds, and although not as noticeable as my nails, my hair also grows and seems to be a bit healthier. As for my skin, i cannot say. My environment is really rough on my skin, so no matter what i use i have some issues with it, but i can say that it's not as dry when using this product. Happy with my purchase

    Love these

    I love the way these taste. It's better than swallowing a pill. I noticed some results while taking biotin. My hair wouldn't grow on one side but biotin did the trick. I don't know go good they are for skin and nails since I naturally have good skin and my nails grow fast on their own. But if you want your hair to grow I recommend these.
