    Treat yourself to a nice easy to use, fun machine!

    I love my Janome JW8100! My trusty mechanical machine that I had had for 40 years died 2 years ago. After grieving for awhile, I decided to treat myself to an expensive well known brand machine (also mechanical because I didn't think I was ready for a computerized machine). Well after a little over a year that machine is not holding up to regular sewing, quilting and crafts. Since I can't afford another expensive machine/mistake I researched some less expensive machines. The JW8100 had all of the features I wanted plus it was computerized which I have decided is pretty cool. The features I especially like are the needle stopping in the down position, the 7 different automatic buttonhole options, in the straight stitch mode the needle can be set anywhere from the far left to the far ...

    This machine exceeds my expectations! I absolutely love the needle threader which is very easy . I love the needle up down feature! It came with all the accessories I needed and my universal free motion foot fit perfectly. I love how easy it is to use and it sews like a dream!     Lightweight with Great Features

    This is the perfect 2nd machine for me. It's lightweight and has many of the features from my bigger, heavier Janome machine. It's especialy easy to take to and from quilting sessions away from home. Great value fo the money!

    I'm Impressed!

    The Janome JW8100 is a small machine, but I'm impressed with its features. I have an expensive Husqvarna that I love in my studio, but needed a small, inexpensive machine at home. A must have for me is "needle up/needle down", it has it. It is computerize and its 100 stitches are all I need. Included are a variety of blanket/ appliqué stitches and some heirloom stitches. It also has a speed slide that adjusts to any speed between slow and fast. Great feature for children and for me as well. The instruction book is well written and very helpful. It is a Janome. It is a great little machine. I'm very happy with it.
