    The box delivered by FedEx was almost completely destroyed. This is a constant problem with FedEx. However, the item had only minor damage and still the seller went ahead and quickly issued a refund before I could even ask. At most I could have asked for a small discount, but it wasn't their fault. This is a seller with high integrity and very reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend and buy from them again. Great communication. And the item is still in tact and playable.
