I tried to come to a resolution since it was close to Christmas and was a toy for my grandson. I asked the seller if he would discount the price and would just keep it and glue the arm on. Seller reply that discounting is not his policy and that I needed to send it back so he can inspect it and compare his pictures, implying that I may have switched it out with a broken one.
